To make a reservation, fill out the form below and hit "Send". As soon as we receive it, we will put you on the trip. Then click on the PDF file below, print out, fill in your information and mail or fax to Florida Tour Connection. Check the flyer for the trip you want for the deposit amount to include.

When we receive the above reservation request we will email you confirmation your reservation has been made and then we will mail you a tour registration form. Please fill out information on the form and return to Florida Tour Connection with your deposit.
